Shipping/Returns

U.S. Shipping

  • Allow 1-3  business days after ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally recived within 4-6 business days.
  •  Once received tracking number, unfortunately we do not have control over delays or wrong addresses. You may directly contact the local Post Office for father directions. 1-800-275-8777
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business Day (M-F)
  • We do not issue refunds due to weather or carrier delays.
  • *Not available for non-residential mail drop or safe drop locations.
  • Free USA Standard Shipping on orders $99 or more.

International Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes up to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

           Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary by country.
  • TRUBARBER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or the shipping carrier.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item due to a packing error.

If you experience either of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer cannot be refunded. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it once the customer pays the new shipping cost.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, TRUBARBER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier to file a claim if necessary.

 

Damaged Packages:

If an item arrives damaged, customers should contact you within 48–72 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
